Professional Chartered Surveyor with over 29 years property valuation experience which includes 16 years in the MENA region over all sub-markets, commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural and specialized properties with guest valuations in Tunisia and Seychelles. Cheryl is also a professional member of the South African Council for Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) and holds an Appointment as Appraiser to the High Court of South Africa (1998). Certified Real Estate Valuer, Dubai Land Department, Government of Dubai (2016) Approved Surveyor for Ajman Land Department 2021. South African experience includes t/a Cheryl McAdam Property Valuer and Appraiser based in Port Elizabeth for the period 1998-2007 trading across a large portion of South Africa including the Border, Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern Cape regions undertaking property valuations over all sub-markets primarily for leading banking institutions in respect of secured mortgage lending purposes/risk management. Cheryl was also affiliated to Independent Property Consultants dealing with the sale/acquisition, and rental of real estate.

holds a degree from Rhodes University and brings two years of international experience as a Valuer doing high volume residential valuations for leading UAE Banks in respect of secured mortgage lending and risk assessment.
